Our shuffleboard courts
Are built in two pieces
The first piece is a 5/8-inch-thick plastic tile measuring 1 sq. ft. Perforations across the surface drain the water and let air circulate. The manufacturing concept offers the best sliding quality for the discs. It has three expansion joints to avoid buckling under heat.
The yellow border is 12″ long by 2″ wide. Its thickness varies from 5/8″ on one side to 0″ on the other, which creates a slight tilt. The usefulness of this border is twofold: 1) it allows to bring the discs back into play without the players having to lean, and 2) in addition to preventing them from tripping over the edge of the court.
The white piece is 4 feet long, 1 inch high, and 3/4 inch wide, creating a stop border. The usefulness of this border is twofold: 1) It prevents players from tripping while going to get their discs outside the court. 2) It keeps the discs free of scratches. This guarantees unsurpassed sliding quality. The white border is used for courts #1 and # and 3/4 inch wide, creating a stop border. The usefulness of this border is twofold: 1) It prevents players from tripping while going to get their discs outside the court. 2) It keeps the discs free of scratches. This guarantees unsurpassed sliding quality. The white border is used for courts #1 and #2.
Hide your court from the sun, and you will keep it for life.
